Refund Policy
1. Refund Request Timeline
If you purchase a service from our website and wish to request a refund, your request must be submitted via email or the contact form on our website.
Please note: Once the refund request is approved, the refund process may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

The service has not yet been delivered (e.g., no session has taken place or materials sent).

You submit your refund request at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time.

In the case of technical or billing errors on our side.
We do not offer refunds for services already completed, including tarot readings, Reiki sessions, or consultations, as these are time-based and tailored personally for each client.

Change of mind after the session has started or been completed
If you are unable to attend a booked session, we offer one-time rescheduling free of charge, as long as we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.
