Refund Policy

1. Refund Request Timeline

If you purchase a service from our website and wish to request a refund, your request must be submitted via email or the contact form on our website.

Please note: Once the refund request is approved, the refund process may take 7 to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

  • The service has not yet been delivered (e.g., no session has taken place or materials sent).

  • You submit your refund request at least 72 hours before the scheduled session time.

  • In the case of technical or billing errors on our side.

We do not offer refunds for services already completed, including tarot readings, Reiki sessions, or consultations, as these are time-based and tailored personally for each client.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Missed appointments without prior notice

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations after a completed session

  • Change of mind after the session has started or been completed
    If you are unable to attend a booked session, we offer one-time rescheduling free of charge, as long as we are notified at least 48 hours in advance.
